To empower, educate, inspire, motive, and mentor individuals of the Greater Toronto Area to access Aboriginal Cultural Programming founded on Northern Woodland Ojibway traditions, spirituality and philosophies. A creative space one can call their traditional home.

(ALL participants accessing the Miino-Ayah-Dah Cultural Studio are required to complete this form as it includes the Participant name, Emergency Contact, PAYG / Pass / Payment Options and the "Risk & Waiver Liability" sections).

Review the "Program Fees & Passes" outline
Step 3:
Select the "Eligibility & Verification Criteria Pass"option which best suits your needs. Follow the instructions as outlined in each pass criteria.
Step 4:
Please either e-mail the completed steps #1 & 3 to: ejkwandibenz@icloud.com OR bring to the Miino-Ayah-Dah Cultural Studio at your initial visit.
